My injuries were cured!!!

“I hated yoga when I tried it in my first year of college. It was so painful and the pace was so slow that I kept looking at my watch, hoping it could go faster. I gave up within a month. After I started working, I was suffering from lower back pain and hip joint pain because of my job and also injuries from snowboarding. I thought, going to the gym/swimming pool wasn’t helping at all, why not try yoga again? So I gave myself another shot. This time, I fell in love with Vinyasa flow with the music. It’s like dancing on a yoga mat, and it cured my back pain since then. Yoga shifted from some goofy stretching activity into a kind of therapy that day.”
